Is Iconic Blocks really free?

Yes. Iconic Blocks is currently free. All blocks are available with no payment required. You will not be charged anything for installing or using the app in its current state.

Will I be charged automatically if pricing changes in the future?

No. Shopify requires explicit user approval for any app billing charges. If a paid plan is introduced in the future, you will need to actively agree to the new pricing before any charge is made. You will never be billed automatically without your consent.

Do I need to enter a credit card to use Iconic Blocks?

No. Because Iconic Blocks is currently free, no payment details are required at any point during installation or use.

What happens to my blocks if I uninstall the app?

If you uninstall Iconic Blocks, the blocks will no longer display on your product pages. Your theme templates will not be permanently damaged — the block configurations will be removed but your theme itself will remain intact. If you reinstall the app, you will need to re-add and reconfigure your blocks from scratch as previous configurations are not stored after uninstallation.

What happens to my blocks if a paid plan is introduced and I do not upgrade?

If pricing changes are introduced in the future, full details of what is affected and what options are available will be communicated clearly before any change takes effect. No blocks will be removed from your store without advance notice and a clear explanation of your options.

Can I get a refund?

As Iconic Blocks is currently free, there are no charges and therefore no refunds are applicable. If paid plans are introduced in the future, refund terms will be outlined clearly at that time.

How do I manage or cancel my Iconic Blocks subscription?

Since Iconic Blocks is currently free, there is no active subscription to manage or cancel. If you want to stop using the app, simply uninstall it from Shopify Admin → Apps → Iconic Blocks → Delete. No cancellation steps are required.

Does Iconic Blocks charge based on store traffic or order volume?

No. Iconic Blocks does not charge based on the number of visitors, sessions, or orders your store generates. The current free plan has no usage-based components.

I was charged by Shopify after installing Iconic Blocks. What should I do?

Iconic Blocks does not charge anything at this time. If you see a charge related to Iconic Blocks on your Shopify bill, it is likely a Shopify platform charge unrelated to the app. Check your Shopify Admin → Settings → Billing for a detailed breakdown. If the charge appears to be directly from Iconic Blocks, contact our support team immediately with a screenshot of the charge and we will resolve it.

Does Iconic Blocks offer special pricing for agencies managing multiple stores?

There is currently no separate agency pricing since the app is free for all users. If you manage multiple client stores, you can install and use Iconic Blocks on each store at no cost. If agency or multi-store pricing becomes relevant when paid plans are introduced in the future, it will be addressed at that time.
